SECTION 3 EMPLOYMENT

We are committed to implementing an effective Section 3 program pursuant to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Disaster Response Plan and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements. To the "greatest extend feasible" our expenditures will be directed to local residents and businesses.

Cement Mason / Finisher

Candidate should be highly skilled in the placement and finishing of concrete with a minimum of 2 years experience. Must know how to use all the "tools of the trade" and be capable of finishing a smooth slab to within industries standard tolerances.

Concrete Forms

Must have extensive knowledge of Symons Steel-Ply forms and be capable of setting wall forms on footings precisely over pinned layout. Candidate should have minimum 2 year experience setting forms.

Backhoe / Excavator Operator

Candidate must be proficient in the safe use and operation of mini excavators, backhoes, and skid steers. Must be capable of accurately digging trench footing , grading and backfilling with provided equipment. Minimum of 4 years experience

Foreman- Layout

Must be responsible, detail oriented and schedule driven individual with at least 7 years of building layout and job management experience. Must have mastery of use of Robotic total stations, Theodolites, and, traditional layout skills.

Must be proficient in use of email and basic Microsoft Office programs.
