At Cornerstone Masonry Construction, masonry is not only our profession, it’s our passion. As third generation masons, we take great pride in perfecting our time-tested craft. We want to earn your business and look forward to helping you.
We are a Section 3 and NJ SBE business that specializes in commercial, multi-family, tract building, and government-funded projects. Our success in this field has enabled us to grow staff and resources, which allows our firm to tackle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and without delay.
BUILDING LAYOUT
Don't you want a masonry firm that takes the responsibility of the job seriously? Then why would you tolerate anything but the best in precision layout? Our field personnel is connected to our office remotely and has access to layout files and plans anywhere they are. We have invested in robotic total stations, theodolites, and professional training to ensure that your building is laid out perfectly.
CIP FOUNDATIONS
We have entire crews dedicated to giving you a quality foundation on which to build. Whether it is a 2' small stem wall or 12' retaining wall, we have you covered. With our in-house equipment and forms, we can effectively keep your job on schedule.
UNIT MASONRY
Our block crews enable us to provide you with a single-source masonry firm. From simple projects like trash enclosures to complex structures like stair and elevator towers, we have the capability to handle your project from start to finish.
SLABS & FLATWORK
It's all about the finish. You have worked so hard to get to this point, coordinated with various trades, and battled the elements. Whether you are building a 2,000 SQFT house or a 100,000 SQFT commercial building, we have the man-power and equipment to put the finishing touches on your project. ATRIUM POST ACUTE CARE FACILITY
Completed in 2015, Cornerstone Masonry was responsible for all footings, foundations, slabs, and flat work on this 89,000 square foot project. We also installed all foundations for structural steel and built a rehabilitation pool pit with 6' cantilevered pool deck.
TOMS RIVER SENIOR AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS
Completed in 2016, project consisted of 102 units with community center. Cornerstone Masonry was responsible for all footings, foundations, stem walls, retaining walls, and slabs.
LACEY AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS
Completed in early 2017, project consisted of 118 units, a maintenance building and trash enclosure. Cornerstone Masonry was responsible for all footings, foundations, and slabs.
